Online tuition payments are processed securely through Square payment processing.  Offline payment is also available by contacting Zollikon Institute at: (330) 390-4142.

For the Professional Development coursesa non-refundable down payment of 10% of the cost of the course is due at the time of registration. Full payment for Zollikon Professional Development courses is due on the first day of classes. Payment may be made in cash, by check to Zollikon Institute, or by credit card through the Zollikon website.   1. Drop off your completed paper application at Zollikon Institute, located in the Amish and Mennonite Heritage Center in Berlin, Ohio.
  2. Mail application to: Zollikon Institute P.O. Box 283 Berlin, Ohio 44610.

For the Accredited courses, a non-refundable application fee of $35 is due to Zollikon Institute at the time of registration. To finalize your application, scroll down to the Accredited button to pay the fee. The tuition will be invoiced to the student in collaboration with Malone University. Accredited classes are paid through a billing system.
