For the Professional Development courses, a non-refundable down payment of 10% of the cost of the course is due at the time of registration. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS/SELECTION

Leadership

2 session course on January 21, 28, 30; February 11, 18, 25; March 4, 11 | 1st session: 3:00pm-4:15pm | 2nd session: 4:30pm-5:45pm
This two session course will include areas of authentic leadership, developing and living organizational mission/vision/values, and developing teams and structure. Local business and organizational leaders will present and reflect on their lived leadership experiences.
Financial Management

January 21, 28, 30; February 11, 18, 25; March 4, 11 | 3:00pm-4:15pm
Financial Management provides practical approaches to the most common financial decisions. We’ll cover the basics of financial accounting, the accounting cycle, financial statement analysis, and cost management that includes internal controls, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
