Receive Training in Technical Fields and Receive Full Reimbursements
The State of Ohio’s TechCred program helps employers to upskill their workforce by providing reimbursements for the cost of courses that lead to approved credentials. As a TechCred provider, Zollikon Institute can off er a variety of technology based courses customized to your business’s needs and taught at your location.
Begin the Process Today
TechCred application windows are open every other month. Expect to wait 60 days after the close of an application window to receive approval from the State of Ohio. The application window for October 2025 classes is open from July 1-31, 2025.
- There are hundreds of courses eligible for TechCred funding. View the full list at https://techcred.ohio. gov/about/credential-list. Popular courses include “Computer Skills for the Workplace”, “Microsoft 365”, “Microsoft Excel”, “Quickbooks”, etc. Once a course has been decided on, our TechCred coordinator, Cordell Weaver, will be available to guide you through each of the remaining steps in the process.
- Establish your organization’s identity with the Tech-Cred system in preparation to apply for reimbursement: https://techcred.ohio.gov/resources/for-employers. Applications for TechCred funding need to be completed two month prior to class start date. Application for reimbursement for October courses must be completed by July 31, 2025.
- Collect your employees’ information and submit it to TechCred coordinator, Cordell Weaver. To enroll as an individual, please contact TechCred coordinator Cordell Weaver.
- Before the start of classes, you will receive a response on your request for funding from the State of Ohio. If the cost of your course is approved by the State of Ohio then your organization will self pay Zollikon Institute for the course, your employees will complete the course, and then your organization will Submit for Reimbursement with the State of Ohio at https:// techcred.ohio.gov/apply to receive your reimbursements.
