Tim Byler

Tim Byler is the Director of Impact International, an organization dedicated to sustainable church planting throughbusiness as mission. Having spent significant time living overseas, he has experience in international business and has a deep passion for using entrepreneurship as a tool for missions. As a business owner himself, he believes in the power of business to create long-term sustainability for missionaries and local communities.

Tim is particularly passionate about church planting in urban and overseas settings, with a strong heart for reaching unreached people groups. In addition to his leadership at Impact International, he serves as a pastor at a local conservative Anabaptist church. Above all, Tim is a devoted husband and father of three, seeking to integrate faith, family, and mission in all aspects of life.
