Leadership

This two session course will include areas of authentic leadership, developing and living organizational mission/vision/values, and developing teams and structure. Local business and organizational leaders will present and reflect on their lived leadership experiences.

Financial Management

Financial Management provides practical approaches to the most common financial decisions. We’ll cover the basics of financial accounting, the accounting cycle, financial statement analysis, and cost management that includes internal controls, pricing strategies, and budgeting.

Sales Management

This course teaches the strategies, techniques, and skills required to lead and optimize a sales team. It covers areas such as sales planning, team motivation, performance tracking, and customer relationship management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Introduction to Marketing

This course prepares students to plan and execute a clear and effective marketing strategy while exploring the impact of different forms of media on society. Students will focus on reaching the right people at the right time with the right message.

Human Resources

This course focuses on enhancing HR skills, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. It aims to equip HR professionals with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage talent and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
